I first contacted Christina as I was having difficulty with insomnia but it cleared up before my first session. I decided to still have some sessions anyway to explore what else could be worked on. Christina was very helpful in helping me explore what was most pressing in my life and to bring out my passions, needs and wants and how to get them met. Christina's hypnotherapy always felt to be on point and just what was needed. I have left with a stronger sense of self with an inner light illuminating the way. I very much recommend her!
