Bob Rea is an outstanding sales person and dedicated to service.
From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt at home, at ease, and as if I was the most important customer they had ever had (Even though the showroom was full of other customers). They betnt over backwards to give me the most for my trade in and were able to get me approved through financing even though my credit had been hit hard by the covid-19 pandemic. After this experience, there is no other dealership that I would ever go to!
Not your stereotypical auto dealer.....caring folk! Great car buying experience. Bob Rea was absolutely fantastic to work with. H was funny, knowledgeable, low pressure, and caring. I love my Palisade! Sergio Zuniga was also awesome when I had some unique questions to work through. Also, Victor the finance dude was on the spot, funny, and was great. This is not the closest Hyundai and Genesis dealer to where I live, but the drive was worth it to buy the car and I'll go there for my servicing needs as well. Thank you, Bob, Sergio, and Victor. This is the most horrible place to finance or lease a vehicle. Customer service is horriable, the sales manager sam will lie to help the salesman get you a vehicle. If you do go here do not go to papa John he will lie to you about payments just to get a sale and swear he didn't say it. It's bad to have dishonest people in a work place like this. This is my third genesis and this was the most horrible experience I ever had getting a vehicle with. I will not refer anyone to this location and I will be reporting them.
