If you want to throw your hard earned money down the toilet buy an autotrail Motorhome. 78k for a new one and I’ve had 3 years of Constant problems and hassle with it, from electric parts going down to damp, to gel coat bubbling, to just General Things breaking. it was back in the dealership/ factory more than it was on the road. (And at my time and expense). I’m so glad I’ve got rid of it now, NEVER AGAIN will I buy a new autotrail. Very cheap thrown together vehicles now a days. Do your homework guys !!!!!!!!!!
Tour of Auto-Trail's factory is fascinating and well worth a visit. Really happy with our Imala & we'll be taking it on many more trips in the near future!
I think Autotrail make fantastic motorhomes but unfortunately their after sales is horrendous! I am still waiting for parts prices I requested on 23rd July 2019 Amy has unfortunately made every excuse in the book for not getting back to me, including been completely put out because I dare to ring when she had just come back off her annual leave, their latest excuse is the caravan shut down season, that didn't actually occur until after a couple of weeks of my first enquiry!! You would think their after sales would be an important part to keeping you enjoying the luxury item you have purchased but obviously not!!
You won’t find better service than at AutoTrail, all manufacturers have problems, it’s how they fix them that sets AutoTrail above the rest. This is our third AutoTrail motor home, there will no doubt be a fourth and a fifth.
After sales is appalling. My van less than a year old has to be sent back to factory to repair serious water leak on roof vent caused by poor workmanship. Auto Trail refuse to assist in a replacement vehicle and I have to pay for van to be returned to me or pay myself for transport by train (179 from Devon) to go and collect it. This is my 3rd Auto Trail and things are getting considerably worse, early signs of a struggling company maybe?
