We reached out to 3 separate appraisal companies to see if everyone was on the same page as we were on the total loss settlement our insurance company was offering. Of the 3 one was at 17K, the other was at 15K and Alliance Appraisal was at 13,800K- the lowest of the 3. This lead me to believe they were the most honest and realistic price and not inflating the TL amount just to make a sale. Along with some BBB research and review checking they had no negative reviews and the most positive reviews. On top of all that they were the only ones who said, \Send me your info and lets see if its even worth pursuing for you.\ I emailed them 3 times with questions and Randy replied promptly and answered all my questions. We hadn't even hired them and he was helping us. I would recommend this company based on the overall honesty of the company and helpfulness offered during a time of stress and uncertainty. They gave us valuable and honest information without hesitation. Thank you Randy. We pray we wont be going through this again but if we are we will be hiring you.

Called Alliance Collision Appraisal Co. and spoke to Randy. All I needed was a couple of questions answered. Not only was he professional and seemed interested in helping, he answered my questions and also gave me some advice. I will hire him if I need help with an appraiser. Thank you Randy! Randy helped me negotiate a fair value for my vehicle on a total loss claim. He came out to see my car and prepared a detailed ACV report within just a few days of our initial discussion. He was very responsive by phone and email. I was getting the runaround from my insurance provider and things moved much more quickly once I started working with Randy.
I am more than happy with the results from Alliance Collision Appraisal Company, I was using another company and not getting results from them, not even return phone calls and looked up this company and wow what a difference. Mr. Randy was completely professional, and did everything he said he would do, and my insurance co. paid thousands more after Randy worked his magic, I would recommend his services to anyone and will call him again next time.
Randy did a super good job in generating a Diminished Value (DV) report after the repair of my car with damages totaling 18,000. He was very professional, very thorough and with reasonable charge. Based on his unbiased DV, I was able to negotiate favorably with the insurance company that represented the at fault party. He was also very responsive to my questions, even after the report was completed. Furthermore, after the thorough inspection, he pointed out quite a few items that the dealer's body shop did not fix properly. I am going to bring my car back to the dealer to ensure those items are properly fixed. If you need DV report, I would highly recemmend Randy!!!
