I wish i could give this place less than one star. I have made 2 in person appts, and put my info in the dropbox 2 different times. After waiting 2 WEEKS for my tags in the mail, I had to be the one to call and find out tht my payment wasnt accepted because i need a copy of my sales tax receipt. Which they should have already had a copy of. I talked to the supervisor Stephanie, saying to call her number to get her email to send the copy and SHE DOES NOT ANSWER HER PHONE. Im having to drive on expired tags bc the supervisor apparently doesnt know how to do her job. She just LET my papers sit there for 2 WHOLE WEEKS. And now my insurance will expire in a couple days and im assuming ill have to do this process alll over again and hopefully not get a ticket. Theres literally nothing i can do abt it either. Terrible customer service.

I just want my tags for my car, I know the pandemic has made the whole process difficult. However I dropped off my info 3 weeks ago and some people need to drive (those people being me). No one has called and I can't even leave a simple message. If someone of a higher position is reading this please try and make this more efficient.

Things are harder during covid pandemic. But I am very very pleased and thankful to the stuff. Shout-out to such a patient, friendly, kind and helpful security gentleman. I have zero complaints Thank you.

I don't blame any of the staff for the lack of an effective system with the covid pandemic being how it is. I do wish they told people that they if they need to register a vehicle that they have to login to the Wyandotte website or that to renew a car by mail will take much long then 3 weeks, I hope they can work out a much more effective system sooner rather then later

The worst DMV I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. Have been waiting over 3 weeks for my plates in the mail, and because I had to use their drop box I didn’t get temp tags. When I tried to go they informed me they were no longer handing numbers out. Mind you they hadn’t even been open an hour. I have emailed 10 times, I have spent hours and hours on hold trying to speak to a real person, and I have left countless voicemails. They are TERRIBLE. Do anything possible to avoid this place. I wish I could give them negative stars.
