Tracy is a lovely person and a fantastic yoga teacher. I have been coming to her classes for nearly 8 years! She is also now doing excellent online classes so you can practice at home during this strange period of staying safe at home due to COVID19. Tracy has worked really hard to continue providing classes and support her yogis!

I am completing my British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Level 1 course with Tracy and take weekly classes online too. Tracy is a very knowledgable and thorough yoga teacher, calm and gentle in her nature and enthusiastic to pass on her knowledge. In particular her passion for taking yoga off the mat has shone through and helped me see a world of yoga far beyond asana practice, for this I am very grateful!
