We got one of the best service from Hornsby Honda, especially from Damien Kelly. We were shopping around at a few car dealerships in the area and he seemed to stand out the most. He was respectful, considerate and professional of our decisions and really catered to what we were looking for. Most of all, he was very thorough throughout the process and when getting the new car, which we loved. Keep it up :)

I saw Damien Kelly at Hornsby Honda to purchase my new Civic. Make sure you ask for him. He was truly outstanding and helpful in every way. His conversation was engaging and was a consummate professional throughout the process. As a first time new car buyer, he took me through the process (which I wasn't aware of previously) and is certainly trustworthy and detailed. When I first visited, I was not ready to buy but Damien gave me great respect and kept in touch, so when I was ready we could get the deal done quickly. The interior/systems was set up very well by Damien, and presented brilliantly by the team. The paint is excellent. Shilpreet was very helpful with the contract and insurance.

I recently bought a Honda Civic from Hornsby Honda and even though Hornsby is not even close to where I live, I went there because I heard great things about Damien Kelly and I can say that with confidence that they were all true. I received an excellent customer service from Damien Kelly. He went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted, even after getting my car he keeps in touch to check and see if everything is going alright with my car.
While I had dealt with pushy car salesperson, Damian had been patient and explain the options well. He had been very helpful throughout the buying process. Had helped with the trade-in, tried his best finding the model that I wanted (looking for MY20 but the dealer couldn't find any so in the end bought MY21 which cost me extra few grand) and delivery of car. Highly recommended in their sales servicing.

Went shopping for a new HRV a few weeks ago, and after shopping at different locations, we decided to go with Hornsby purely because of their salesman, David Nguyen!!!! He's lovely and honest, and I absolutely recommend anyone that wants a Honda to go to him. He made the sale transaction smoothly, and regularly kept me updated on the status of my car. Even made sure I got it quickly when it arrived because I needed it asap for work. Big shoutout to Shilpreet who made sure to answer all my questions, no matter how stupid and found an excellent quote for my car insurance. Thank you to both! We really appreciate it :)
