I visited Hornsby BMW last week to have a look for a new car. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and assisted by Benjamin who was very polite and helpful and showed me around the car. I test drove the car and put a deposit, not only because I liked the car, but also because I was very impressed with the 5 star service I received which was second to none. I have not experienced this kind of service from any other car dealer I have visited. Thank you again to Benjamin and Hornsby BMW for such a great and welcoming experience.

It is incredible the customer service from these guys. Always very polite and friendly, they solved every single doubt, that we have about our new car. We are so happy for the acquisition and highly recommend the Horsnby BMW if you are looking to buy a BMW visit them you won’t regret. Ah!
