Friendly and helpful people, mostly multilingual and a great view of the traditional old harbour of Hoorn

Made a one hour boat tour, costs 15 euros but at half price via social deals. Wide range of soft drinks and wine available during the tour. Tour guide available. You get to see and hear about some of historical features in Hoorn especially around the havens. Tour ride is about an hour. At th end point many restaurants and brasserie available in the area. Even a star winning restaurant. This is the most lovely area of Hoorn in my opinion, a must visit!!
