Oh..what can I say?...the only reason I do get my car serviced there is to keep the warranty intact. Honda is known to have expensive spare parts, but when adding the labor work fees it becomes outrageously expensive even for a periodic preventive maintenance. Additionally, the Honda agent is doing his best to keep all of the Honda parts data offline, which means Googling part numbers is a useless process. I am not sure if there is an alternative shops out there that can provide Honda car service for lesser price.

Spare parts division staff are rude, not trained not qualified to perform as per customer satisfaction and do not provide full information. Completely ridiculous!!1
Official Honda dealer, official offers and good warranty. the only downside is that Honda parts is a bit more expensive than other brands, but that doesn't affect the branch review at all. the location lost 2 stars because I went there few times and the employee wasn't at their desk, I had to wait till someone was available to show me the available options.
