I had previously posted a review that i need to correct publicly. I experienced a problem with a power chair however Denny contacted me, immediately sent a replacement power chair until issues could be resolved with the one I purchased. I appreciate him taking the time to not only hear but resolve the problem. My parent now has a functioning chair that is comfortable until the other one can be repaired. This kind of customer service is what keeps all of us going back to our hometown store. The warehouse managers who took time out of their schedule to deliver this and set it up , thank you to Frank and Andrew. Again a big thank you to Denny for listening, understanding and resolving this issue

Truly the Best shopping experience!! They truly stand behind their products even when the casters came off my coffee table they were happy to order new and went above and beyond to make sure I was serviced handling all the warranty details when I couldn't get thru the automated system!!! I'm a planner, and I don't like unanticipated surprises. I checked everyone in the area on the internet first. Some pricing was high, some were low, and one stood out as giving quality merchandise for a fair price. The show room is smaller than some stores, and they don't have a huge warehouse with multiples of everything. You don't pay the overhead of places that do. I knew that I would probably order the furniture, and have it delivered later. I found what I wanted at a fair price. Everything went according to plan without exception, even the delivery. I am what you might call, a \Happy Camper\. John took the time to find out about me and my needs. He took me directly to what I wanted to see, and showed me options on the big screen display. I have given a 5-star rating 3 other times in my life. The quality of service, merchandise, price, warrants a 5. Everything was exactly as expected.
