I found Andy to be professional and intuitive. My sleep patterns have certainly improved and I am working on my self esteem and tackling my weight issues. I have realised that we all need to make time for ourselves and sometimes doing nothing and looking inwards is the best use of time.

I’ve seen Andy twice and I can honestly say he has made such a great difference in my well-being already. He is amazing at what he does, he is such a professional but yet has such a calming and relaxing aura about him. I decided to go and see Andy for certain issues that I thought couldn’t be resolved, having a very difficult relationship with my ‘sister’ which had caused me and others great distress. I decided to take this step to see Andy and I’m so glad I did. I cried the first time because I couldn’t believe how good I felt!! It felt like I had released all of this ‘burden’ I had been carrying.How Andy talks you through the process and makes you feel very comfortable to begin the hypnotherapy. Would highly recommend, an excellent hypnotherapist.

Can't recommend Andy highly enough, honestly I've noticed quite a difference in only two sessions of hypnotherapy. I feel happier and much more at ease, for those who suffer from anxiety as I do hes excellent!! 10/10

Andy has been a life saver for me, I’ve had a serious mental health illness (borderline personality disorder) for 10 plus years it destroyed my life. I was on the highest does of medication and I had tried years of therapy and I felt nothing worked for me, I had never heard of hypnosis to cure mental health problems and I was Skeptical but I was so low and willing to try anything Andy has saved my life, even writing this review brings tears of happiness to my eyes Andy has cured me from just 1 session of hypnosis, I am now able to concentrate on my family, my business and most of all I’m beaming with happiness and excitement for once in my life. he’s helped me get my life back which I never thought was possible, All my family and friends have seen a huge change in me and they are going to book in for some sessions with him he’s absolutely brilliant I would just like to thank Andy again from the bottom of my heart you’ve changed my life around I’m looking forward to seeing you next week for my stop smoking sessions
