I am a current resident at the Circ Residences for about 4 months now and I have first hand knowledge of how amazing Omar (the Concierge) in this building. Not to mention how clean they keep the premises. All of these BAD REVIEWS against Omar and the building is not true. Omar is one of the sweetest and kindest person I know. He has been generous and kind to all of my guests and has never had a problem with me or my household. As a matter of fact, everyone loves Omar because he is so kind and generous to everyone. Please do not believe anything this woman says. She must be bitter for some other reason. Omar is amazing!

I've been living here since June of 2018 and staff has been the reason why I've stayed. Yes the building is nice and the amenities are over the top but what really counts are the people in control of the quality of the living environment. Elise has gone out of her way since day one to ensure my life at Circ is of the highest quality. Not only myself but other residents have mentioned to me how much they value her and what an important part of the team she is here. Her along with Yvette's leadership have allowed myself and many other residents a pleasant and wonderful experience. Again it's the people who make this place what it is not the building itself. You can spend 200 million on a project but if you have the wrong people managing the place good luck making that payment to the bank every month.
I absolutely love this place. The staff is professional helpful and efficient. When we first arrived to check out the apartment we were greeted by Omar. He was so professional and pleasant that I said to my friend this is the place. Every time I walk in that building I feel I VIP. Super nice facilities and super nice staff. My favorite is Omar.
I am a current resident soon to be a past resident this place is not what it seems to be it’s poorly ran by very rude individuals who do not care about you. The customer service is lack there of very unprofessional people including the gentleman at the front desk that goes by the name of Omar when asking for assistance with packages that has excuses why he can’t find them he’s not very friendly and doesn’t seem to care like the people in the office I’m not sure how this guy is still here in this building when his behavior is unacceptable he’s rude and only cares to know your personal business. Omar is constantly talking on her cell phone where you can hear his personal business that he has with his daughters mom and so on again this is extremely unprofessional and I’m not sure how that is a plus customer service it’s not the amenities are always dirty the building shows no care plenty of other nice places to go to who actually care about you as a human being.
We loving living at Circ. We couldn’t be happier. There is so much to do within walking distance. The beach is an easy bike ride away. Our patio is huge and we love that it overlooks Young Circle. The pool is beautiful and huge! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are always cleaning the common areas and outside the building. The only thing we wish they had is a recycling program.
