The devastation brought on my by grandmother’s passing was only enhanced by the carelessness, unprofessionalism, and lack of communication provided by this business. She passed in September and we were told her headstone would be in within a few weeks. WE ARE NOW IN FEBRUARY. Not only have they not responded to emails, but their classless customer service is so beyond poor. Her son-in-law flew halfway across the country to say goodbye in January and still has no closure because despite it being FIVE MONTHS LATER, there was still no memorial for her passing. I understand that we are living in “unprecedented times” but that is NO excuse for the way they have treated our family and the memory of my grandmother. The unfortunate truth about Wyoming is that it is so small you get what you get, and our family got screwed. Pay someone out of Denver who may actually care. My grandmother deserved better.

We have bought several monuments and 2 engraved rocks from Hoffman Monuments. They are very professional and easy to work with. They were very knowledgeable and patient with us making sure it was exactly what we wanted and every thing looked wonderful when they were done. Our monuments went to a cemetery in South Dakota and their delivery and set up was always done timely and professionally.

Wonderful place for terrible times. They were very reasonably priced 1300 for our stone choice. They had great approach in handling a loss and respecting that. They were dedicated to making sure me and my sisters were 100% happy with the end product. They also worked with us in delivery to help with our budget. We were very happy, thank you.
