Not recommended. Went in for a 7 PM dinner with a reservation. Restaurant was about 70% full of customers. Was able to order within a few minutes and had drinks on the table in less than 10 minutes. After about an hour we were served our salads. Really mediocre, served with a sweetened cream sauce (bottled?). Somehow they were about to keep the sauce off of the shredded carrots so they were exceptionally dry. Suspect the salad was prepared the day prior and kept in the refrigerator where the carrots dried out. After 1 hour and 20 minutes we got our main meal. Ordered the grilled Calamari (Calamari vom Rost). What was served on the plate was some small Calamari pieces that looked like they had been sauteed in a frying pan with Maggi. Absolutely no indication the Calamari had been even close to a grill. I tried one piece and the texture reminded me of sauteed liver. I asked the served if I had gotten the wrong plate and he assured me I had the \Calamari vom Rost\. Really inedible. The server offered to get me something else but I declined since I did not have another 1 1/2 hours to spend there. My companion's meal (Rot Barsch) was ok but nothing special. A colleague had recommended this place to to us a few months back and we had been really looking forward to a visit there. In the end, very disappointed and will not be returning.

Best Restaurant ever! We moved away and sometimes make the drive (over one hour) just to come eat here! Prices are more than reasonable! Service is awesome! Meat quality is great! My recommendation: Try \Räuberteller\ or \Schnitzel Wiener Art\ if you are looking for something purely German
Very nice restaurant, friendly staff excellent prices very nice portions of food from Salat to main course a good menu selection exits. Very clean and nice room decor a place I'll definitely return to in the future for a nice meal.
