The system they have in place fir Covid is good however while we were there as there is only 1 staircase to upper floor, it says only 1 person on stairs at a time. They have a monitor person at top if stairs but she did not get involved. We got what we needed on the 2nd floor then went to stairs. There was a man and his young child coming up the stairs so we hung back. A young couple just come past and started going down the stairs. My husband quite rightly said excuse me you are only allowed 1 in the stairs. The girl saisld I am sorry quite curtly but you could have said it nicely. The boyfriend i assume just stood half way up the stairs. Then there was loads of people just coming in and coming up the stairs. The situation was a nightmare. All it needed was for the member if staff to ask the people at the bottom to wait. The whole situation was a nightmare and very uncomfortable. People were waiting outside because no one was going out because no one could get down the stairs to pay. Please make sure you monitor this more effectively.

Good selection of craft items. Staff are always extremely polite and very helpful if you need any assistance. Highly recommended.
Great selection of craft items, pleasantly surprised to find they had Thomas Kinkade Disney puzzles. Customer service was great at the tills, didn't feel badgered by staff whilst walking around. Store was tidy and had some great seasonal discounts.
This is a really well laid-out store and a lift to the first floor if, like me, you're unable to manage stairs. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. The store in general has an amazing range of craft materials available for almost any craft you could think of!
