I ordered domestic oil on Monday, they delivered on Wednesday. Unfortunately through no fault of theirs they filled the wrong tank. They came the next day and filled the correct tank for which I am extremely grateful as they are very busy. I have dealt with Callows for the last 15 or so years and this is only the second slight hiccup I have had. I would recommend them every time.

The auto top up contract just doesn't work, sadly. We waited for almost 7 months for oil because the driver couldn’t get enough in when they visited after 3 months. Their system just isn’t sophisticated enough to deal with each possible scenario. This led to us having no central heating or hot water in December. When we asked for an urgent top up they were extremely rude - obviously making so much money they don’t need to offer decent customer service! I’d recommend avoiding them altogether, but definitely don’t bother with their ‘contract’.

Fantastic service. Ran out of oil on Good Friday. Managed to get through the Easter weekend. Sent an email on Bank Holiday Monday and had a delivery early Tuesday. Thank you so so much especially to Louisa.
