After walking a while in the shoes I've bought here I realized that they were too small for me and I got blisters on my feet. I've bought them because the salesperson was friendly and I trusted the judgement of the seller. It was a misunderstanding and mistakes were made on both sides. End of story:They didn't take the shoes back because they were dirty. They didn't make an exception. I will not buy anything at this store again. It's a shame given that you get almost anything cheaper online. I give them 2 stars because some of the staff were really friendly and they've told me in advance that if I wear them outside I can't return them.
Online besteld en een dag later kon ik het artikel ophalen. Deze winkel heeft erg degelijke producten te koop in het duurdere segment. Maar dan heb je ook kwaliteit en geen Chinese troep.
Goede en duidelijke hulp met het maken van de juiste keuze.
Veel ruimte om rustig te winkelen. Vriendelijk en deskundig personeel. Uitgebreid advies gehad.
Fijne winkel. Eerlijk en deskundig personeel. Beetje aan de prijs misschien.
