These guys are always awesome. Large variety of juices and prices. Mod and tank prices are fair (and lower than anyone else around town). Furthermore, the customer service is excellent. I feel comfortable going in and talking to the staff. The staff is always personable and always give their honest opinion about products. Lastly, they KNOW their customers. I don't go in very often - maybe once a month or so - but they know what I usually get, what I'm looking for, etc. when I walk in the door. I'm pretty sure I'm one of a very small number of people who get a particular nic level on a particular juice and they always have it in stock (and order more when they know when I'm coming for it)!

I love this vape shop. I've shopped several in Lynchburg and Hill City seems to have the best prices and consistent customer service. When I couldn't change the coil on my new vape despite using the web videos, I took it right in and they showed me a way to do it that worked at no charge. I really like this place. Very glad to be a customer!
