BE CAREFUL!!! AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE GETTING WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR This review is about dishonest and untruthful business practices of Mr J at this place. He gave me quotation for Repco parts and put the parts in my car from a different manufacturer which were 517 cheaper than repco parts and I only found that out when I asked him to mention part numbers on the actual invoice for warranty purposes. Anyhow after an hour long verification and cross verification process of the information he was providing, I was able to prove he is lying and then he apologised for his action and gave me a discount of 400.

Great customer service, attentive staff make this garage a pleasure to use. Prices are fair and all work is discussed with the customer before commenced, meaning there are no hidden surprises when you go and collect your vehicle. A very refreshing approach to car servicing, and something the big dealerships could benefit from practising.

After stopping at a red light the car driver behind me came to my window and told me I had no brake lights. In a panic I popped in to Highton Auto as I was close by. The man at reception was not fazed that I had no appointment and told me someone will look into it for me. A mechanic came out with in moments and did a load of tests. It took a few tweeks but he was determined and knowledgeable and sorted my problem. In the end I was very impressed by the instant service and I was on my way again. Amazing group of people and will use their services again. Thank you for getting me home safely.

I have been to Highton Automotive now 3 times (once for our Territory and twice for my Navara). Professional advice, quality service and on par pricing when compared to other shops. Convenient to walk from home and always a clean environment. They appear to have multiple loan cars (and all modern vehicles) not that I have had to get one yet but good to know and they range from small cars to utes. The best thing is the nice touch they do by fully cleaning your vehicle inside and out with each log book service. Thanks for the great service!
