Taxi driver went up the wrong end of the road, winding up at the top of the hill and saying he could not come meet us because the road was blocked, despite the fact there was another way round. He was very rude, demanded we walk up a very steep hill in the rain while it was pitch black and there were no lights. When he said he would come round, he said he would charge more. Why should I have to pay more because of a road closure? Rude and useless, didnt even pick us up.
Absolutely excellent service and HONEST. They would tell you if they have a taxi available or will apologise and say that none available till this time. Having used every other service in high wycombe. I can say they deserve a 5 star rating and Top cars

Always use these when I need them. Lovely drivers so friendly and helpful. Great prices better than most in Wycombe. However above all every drive I have had is absolutely kind and helpful and the guys on the phone too. Thanks for getting me where I need to be!
