Had a incident where someone backed into me. The front right bumper took some cosmetic damage. When I dropped off my vehicle they gave me a week time frame to get it fixed and they got it done right when they said they would. Everything was clean on the outside and they even cleaned the interior for me as well. The staff that assisted me all were prompt and answered all my questions. I was contacted at every step and knew what was going on the entire time. Special thanks to Kevin Kutz who was my collision adjuster. He was very busy and still took the time to speak to me and even transfer my items back to my car from my rental.

I brought my vehicle by to get some body damages repaired. I was Told by many people to ask for Jeremy Fairfax, and I’m glad I did. He was incredibly helpful and respectful as well as knowledgeable about every aspect of the repair process. I felt very comfortable trusting every word that he said along the way. When I picked up my vehicle I was extremely impressed with the quality of work done as well as the time frame. I would highly recommend using the collision center as well as asking for Jeremy. All around great experience and they operate very professionally and smoothly. 10 out of 10

He kept updated the entire time & I was even able to pickup my vehicle ahead of the estimated schedule. I dropped my Chevy Equinox off on 7/15/20 for a simple bumper repair and was advised it would only take a couple of days. Jim said car would be ready by Thursday or Friday. Well, Thursday and Friday came and I had not received any word on my vehicle, except from the insurance company advising Hendrick Collision was requesting more money for further damages found. On Monday, 7/22/20, I receive a voicemail that my car is ready. I switch my entire day around to pick up my vehicle and come pick it up, look at the bumper and leave. The next day I realize there is a deep scratch with a dent on the rear hatch/trunk below the windshield wiper. I call Jim and he says his guys that work on the cars are very careful and they could not have done that. I bring it by and he basically says that I looked at the vehicle when it was ready and left with it. I was in a hurry and looked at the bumper to make sure they replaced it and left. I did not know I needed to examine my whole vehicle. I have added pictures to this review for everyone to see. One picture was taken 5 days before I dropped it off because we were doing a school drive-by. There is no scratch or dent in this picture. The other 2 pictures show the damage I found the day after I picked my car up. Keep in mind, I drove the car straight home after I picked it up Monday. I am extremely disappointed in this service and would advise everyone to find another body repair shop when they need repairs on their vehicle.
