I would give this company zero stars. My friends purchased a home through this company on May 24. Due to weather it was not delivered until July 9. Since the delivery the company has been contacted numerous times about things wrong with the house and the set up. The floors are warped, the front door is not sealed, there is Sheetrock that needs to be fixed, the ceiling needs to be fixed as well. The kitchen cabinets are not level, and this is just a small list of the things that have yet to be fixed. Due to the issues they have not wanted to move into the home to make it easier for these items to fix plus to show that is was the issues with the home where there when the house was delivered and setup. Their third payment is setup to draft in a few days to a house that they cant even live in. This company is showing no urgency to correct these issues and get this couple into the home that they purchased. Seems to me like they only concern they have is taking your money and then leaving you out in the cold. A contractor is supposed to be contacted them tomorrow October 21,2019. I really hope that this happens. If not I will continue to post my review for this company on every form of social media this company has. I would hate for anyone else to fall prey to this type of treatment when just trying to purchase a home.
