Horrible experience. She immediately began our visit by screaming at us that we \just have to wait.\ It seemed to me that she then sat and shuffled papers for 15 min after my scheduled appointment time. I finally had to get up and ask how much longer before I blacked out. It was a 70-degree day and she had the heat blasting in the tiny office with a large sign on the door to leave the door shut so she could stay warm. It had to be over 90-degrees in there. I mentioned I would need to step outside if it was going to be a while or she was going to have to call emergency services and got some attitude. The office is kept to \her comfort level not the clients.\ During our wait, we got to read her radical views on the government she has plastered over every surface, including her desk. My 13-year-old accompanied me and we both felt very uncomfortable. Employees should not be required to sit for extended periods of time with offensive propaganda lining the walls to take a test required to keep their job... And, that ALL happened before the appointment even started. She could not get the computer running and thought cussing at it would help. The swear words that gushed out of her mouth were shocking for what should be a professional business. She then screamed at me to relax which obviously had the opposite effect and blamed any mistake on her part on me. She was very disorganized and I will be shocked if my fingerprints actually get processed correctly. I will be going to Gerheart next year for updated testing. The only thing this place has going for it is a beautiful view and Coffee Girl next door. Helena needs to retire and move on to sitting on her porch with her shotgun yelling at kids to get off her lawn.

I've gone to Helena myself for a pre-employment drug screening. She's the sweetest person! The business I work for also sends her potential new hires for drug screening on a regular basis and she is always a pleasure to work with. She lets us know if people miss appointments and always gets back to us promptly with results. It must be difficult running the whole business all by herself, but she does a fabulous job.

Horrible. The woman has NO idea what she is doing. She was 5 minutes late to even open the place (she owns it) & then announced it would \only be a few minutes\ to get the computers up & running so she could get me fingerprinted. If that's how you're going to run things, fine, but then you shouldn't offer an appointment time right at 9am. I was sure the man with a drug testing appointment at the same time as me was going to wet his pants waiting. It felt like she was going to break my one wrist trying to get the fingerprints, but I just needed to elax my arm\ more. Seriously unprofessional & seemed to not know what she was doing AT ALL. She told me as I was leaving that it wasn't too bad because one time she had to oll each finger 5 times\. I would give her zero stars if I could & still review the business, but that's not an option. So disgusted that this business is open & running successfully. DON'T go here. Ever.
