Psycho doctor told me the only way she would help me with my acne is if I got on BIRTH CONTROL! Is this what she tells MEN?! As someone that has dealt with acne throughout my life, this was the only time I was told that nonsense. To make it worse, this was when I was close to my insurance ending and it took me a while to get covered again to get it treated. What a waste. Beautiful office. Crazy doctor. Don't waste your time.

I found this practice through google search and was excited to go based on all the positive reviews. If I could give them zero stars I would. I want other people to know how unprofessional and unethical this practice is. I had both dermatological appointment and appointment to receive cosmetic procedure. The first one went rather well and so I came back. The cosmetic procedure they performed was a disaster, and upon calling them several times and expressing my frustration, they never ever tried to accommodate. All they did is throw excuses. Finally, they promised to return the money, but never did. Also, beware. They ask for your credit card information ahead of time, and you will never have an opportunity to review your bill. They will automatically charge it. If you still decide to see them, never give them an HSA or debit card. At the very least, provide a credit card, which will give you an easier way to dispute and get your money back.

This place is great! The staff is very friendly and The Dermatologists are nice and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend to others.

I had an appointment this morning with Linda for a full body check. I had questions about one spot in particular. I was a few minutes early and was taken straight back to a room and saw Linda almost immediately. She was very kind and knowledgeable. The body check was very thorough (the scalp, between the toes) and the conversation about my spot in question was a good one. Would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking for a dermatologist in the area.

Booking the appointment was simple and efficient. Ringpfeil followed up with emails to confirm. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, got me in and out with ease. The medical aid Shannon, was very helpful and related my symptoms to the PA, Linda Heckman. They answered all of my questions, gave me viable options and performed the procedure flawlessly. I highly recommend Ringpfeil Dermatology!!
