Kristi and I just bought our first Hyundai with the help of Greg Palmer. Greg was very helpful throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about the new Palisade, and spent a lot of time going through all the features. We had planned to look at other vehicles, but the Palisade had everything we wanted at a good price. Why go elsewhere? Jack and Lisa were also excellent to work with. No high pressure or the usual chaos of some dealerships; just honest presentation of the facts.

I just bought a gorgeous Palisade from the incredible staff at Hatchett Hyundai East. Despite a 3 month wait (not their fault, just the market), Greg Palmer took great care of us from start to finish. Greg’s knowledge, responsiveness and care were the highlight of our experience. Doug also gave us an extremely fair trade-in offer which was thousands above the low-ball offer from the local Honda dealership. To put the cherry on top, we really enjoyed the financial experience at Hatchett as well. We got a 1.99% loan from Hyundai Financial and Lisa was incredible. Lisa accurately explained the options available, diligently handled the paperwork, and even provided some laughs along the way. They’ve got a good thing going at Hatchett. I’ll be back when I’m in need of another car in the future. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for fairly priced cars, excellent service and incredible people.
