I have dealt with Yorkshire care for a few years , and I have always found them very polite and friendly, today a young man cam to see to my mobile scooter and it was a joy to meet him, he was very polite and pleasant, he explained what work he had carried out in a way that I could understand. I would also like to recommend their foot wear which I have now used for three years (recommended by the Hospital), since then my feet have kept in a lot better condition, also no pressure point, not dancing shoes but very comfortable. Excellent place. They have all sorts of 'stuff'. Bought grab rails @ 100 but Harrogate Hospital fitted some anyway. YCE took theirs back without quibble. Seems above and beyond the call of duty. We did buy a 'litter-picker' to pick stuff off the floor. Works very well. Very pleasant people.

Thank you for your excellent sales/hire talk when I rang up and ordered a hoist.....to be delivered to the hotel where we stayed.All good so far. We duly arrived 200 miles later, at the hotel. We had booked rooms for us my daughter and son-in-law. the time was 4.15 p.m We searched both rooms for the hired hoist....but didn't find it. We went to the reception desk, inquired if they had taken delivery....\ no\ was the reply. The receptionist then rang your number for me. I spoke to a young man, who went off to ask if the hoist had been delivered, he came back, most apologetic, and reassured me it would be there within half an hour., which it was. I do not think it was the one that I was meant to have, as it had definitely seen better days. If I hadn't rung when I did your office would have closed at 4.30 for the weekend and we would NOT have seen the hoist. As my husband cannot walk AT ALL , our holiday would have been a compete wash-out. I CANNOT TRANSFER HIM at all without a hoist. AND....I had paid at least 3 weeks before .. Amazing place for the disabled to visit. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products, very helpful and patient. I have bought two big pieces of equipment from this company and I was given answers to my lots of questions and given all the time I required in trying out the items. Highly recommend this company.
