Harbor House is a upscale seafood restaurant next to or in Seaport Village. Currently only the upper level is open due to Covid. The views are ok, but not breathtaking. The menu features traditional waterside seafood dishes. Nothing special. The atmosphere was good. Understandably the tables were spread out so it appeared more empty. Service was ok but not great. The staff couldn’t bother to clean up the fruit Simone dropped on the floor before me. I ordered a shrimp cocktail for an appetizer. It was standard. I got the mango margarita. It was the kind of frozen margarita I would expect at a taqueria or nightclub. Definitely not worth the 16 price. The old dry and brown lime wedge was the garnish. For not being busy you would think they could cut a fresh lime slice. My fish tacos were ok. 20 for 2 fish tacos. A bit overfilled so there is no way to eat them. Again garnished with week old lime slices. I personally wouldn’t go back here. There are many other seafood places in San Diego, many with better views and better food, that I’d go to.

I have eaten at this restaurant twice and both times it was excellent. Today I tried their oyster shooters and they were good. Their fish tacos were fantastic! Very filling, flavorful and on corn tortillas with fresh mango salsa. Yum!!!! I added the guacamole and it's good they just add to much lemon for my taste. Pricing is spendy!! Service was great and they do a wonderful job of serving outside and distancing the tables. I look forward to eating here again. Today they had a photographer taking pictures that you can buy and they are reasonably price and the girl photographer was very sweet! I bought 2.
Located in beautiful place near the bay. The place itself is nicely designed. They have kids menu. Burger is delicious ! Waiters are very nice
This is one of my favorite spots. I have never seen it so empty here Even with social distancing at the height of the pandemic, It is usually packed. the food and view was amazing as usual
I visited with my mother and daughter about a month ago. The view was perfect. The food tasted fresh. Scott was our server. He was great, so kind and willing to help. He had a positive outlook on life even though covid has taken a toll on the business. Thank you Scott! I hope you and your managers read this.
