Though it was a bit strange to find the lost-and-found (you have to enter through the door to the travel agency, and then follow the signs), the staff was quite friendly. I found my keys hanging on a board next to the counter.

Unsere Familie hat schlechte Erfahrung gehabt.Mein Mann hat Schlüssel gefunden und hatte diese Schlüssel in Fundbüro gebracht,leider keine wollte das abnehmen hat ihm weg geschickt. Er hat dann in andere Fundbüro die Schlüssel gebracht und da auch keine wollte uns helfenIch habe auf Internet seite geschrieben dass,das mein Mann hat Schlüssel gefunden alles da aufgeschrieben und keine hat bei uns gemeldet.Trotzdem wenn unsere Familie noch mal was findet dann wieder versuchen wir das beste.
Sehr freundlicher und schneller Service, kein bißchen wie das andere Fundbüro in Hannover. :)
Nicht vergessen: 2,50 Gebühr!
