Reported small black/blue rucksack left on on LNER train on the 29th April this item was found by the train crew as we heard the conversation between the train crew and the help desk at Leeds station. I have repeatedly asked Kings Cross to look again for this item they say they have nothing that fits the description. The item has our name on it, in the rucksack copies of passports and bank cards. No help from Kings Cross dreadful customer service. If you loose something it seems to dissapear into a big black hole. No help whatsoever.
