Excellent customer service! Very friendly and helpful. Facility is very clean and in a great location. We had some miscommunication about the process of notifying them when emptying out the facility and they were extremely helpful to take action and refund us appropriately. Highly recommend! I used Xtra storage for 6 months while moving. The facilities are very clean, bug free and the staff is extremely helpful. Accessing my unit was very simple, easy and secure. Bug free extrwamly satisfied.
Very cost efficient, as well as the staff being friendly and very helpful. The units are very clean and spacious to my needs. I would definitely refer anybody in need to this place 100% I would like to thnk Paul for all his help , he's a keeper if there is anybody that would go above and beyond it would be him.
