I have been going to Weird Stuff in Hamilton on and off for the past 8 years. There is always something new and intersting to see every time I go in and the staff is always very friendly and willing to tell you some history and stories about the product. They have moved down the street and the new location is amazing, with lots of new products and services offered. My wife and I are excited to go back for an oil massage and crystal reading. Fabulous unique rare one of a kind collectibles and nostalgia at great prices!! A fun place to visit with knowledgeable owners and staff always willing to answer your questions... and the Tesla museum in the store will open your eyes and your mind to the genius of the man, awesome place!!!
Not completely sure what they do, and I only spoke to them on the phone but these guys are great. I have a Violet Ray machine from the 1930s which needed repairs and there are, like, only 3 places on the planet that service them. Was tipped that these people could do the repair. They keep odd hours so we communicated by phone and email. Great repair, fair price, fast service, courteous. Highly recommended. Whatever else they sell I'm sure is great too.
I recently visited Weird Stuff for the first time after seeing Vic and Cheryl on an episode of The Shift on Hamilton's Cable 14. EVERYONE needs to visit this incredible place! Whether you are looking for interesting antiques or (like me) have a passion for anything Tesla. The Nikola Tesla Museum is captivating, and although we still enjoy the benefits of Tesla's inventions today - it felt like a trip back in time. I was also very fortunate to have been able to purchase an original working Tesla Violet Ray machine from them and within days have already felt the benefits of Tesla's High Frequency medical miracle. This is the first time in months that I have gone without a headache for more than 2 days. I strongly encourage everyone to visit Weird Stuff and if you can, make a donation to help Vic and Cheryl preserve their incredible Museum. I consider Weird Stuff to be among the most important stores in Hamilton, and we all need to say NO to the proposed location of the new STREETCAR on Main Street East which would make it nearly impossible to visit stores like Weird Stuff, along this vibrant corridor in this amazing city.
I have been trying to find the time to get to this place. Was not disappointed. The one of a kind items were almost as awesome as the people working there. Whether your looking for that certain something, exploring the works of the genius NikolaTesla or seeking healing for all that ails. Come bask in the serenity of this hidden gem.
I have been a devoted customer of Weird Stuff for over 5 yrs now. I purchased my Tesla Violet Ray machine there and it is one of the best things I have ever purchased. I rely on it daily for cellular rejuvenation and pain relief when needed. My 16 yr old son was diagnosed with a rare tumor over a year ago, and with the help of the Tesla machine and holistic medicine, he is back to optimal health. He now uses it daily for himself as preventative medicine. Cheryl and Vic are a wealth of information. They are so knowledgeable when it comes to preventative info and holistic healing for diseases and conditions. I have learned so much from them and use the information to pass along to others. I have also gotten my repairs done here for my Tesla machine....quick, fast and reliable. If you haven't visited this store yet...you must! Thanks Cheryl and Vic for everything you do :)
This store is the coolest and Cheryl and Victor are wonderful caring people :) I bought a violet Ray from them a few years ago and absolutely love it! Besides being a Tesla hub this store has an amazing record collection and nostalgia items that are garaunteed to bring a smile to your face I look forward to coming to Hamilton just to pop into this place!
