Gave a star because I have to. First off. This test centre is at a city core, and parking lot near the building is busy, expensive, and attendants would call by-laws before they even think of trying anything else. Important to know for anyone to write an exam. Check-in process at the test centre was kind of random, if not ridiculous. The person at the check-in area made me feel like I am disturbing the lunch break at the first greeting. For a second, I truly felt sorry because it was around noon, but soon confused.... I was to write an exam, and that person was there to help me to check-in. Whenever I asked a question about what is allowed and what is not, she said "no, here at Prometric, things work differently from wherever you are referring to..." I was talking about a place where I took a paper-based exam for the exact same qualification body. I was appalled when I was not allowed to take a handkerchief with me. Yes, one piece of cloth I need to deal with my runny nose was not acceptable I was told. I was even asked to stay in a tiny room with an opposite gender when need to fix my shirts after the search with metal detector and pocket search were complete. Now that I know this place's worth.....Avoid, and spread the word.

Always have a terrible experience writing an exam here... 100% would NOT recommend it.
