Do not rent an outside unit here! No one tells you that outdoor RVs are broken into on a regular basis. Less than a month there, 500 for my deductible and 109 rent, pretty expensive not to mention so upsetting to have the door my 25,000 truck camper destroyed. Sure, take the 110, what do you care?! 3 or 4 RVs broken into as well as mine on Labour Day, 2020. Just read another fellow's review of his trailer broken into 10 months ago. I gave 1 star because I had to and so far my inside storage unit hasn't been broken into.

Great storage units clean temperature controlled great and friendly staff
I had my things there for 2 and half years. This company may be priced but they are very fair and they take good care of their customers. Through covid they were more than understanding. They even switched my unit earlier on in the year and packed my belongings in the unit better than I did and took good care of my things. Thank you self hold and all staff that were amazing.
clean, affordable, and super easy to use. we used The Hold from January-May and they were always available. Through Covid, they even offered to stay later so my husband could get our things from storage. The gesture was so appreciated. We will definitely be back if we need another locker.
We have been using The Hold Self Storage for the past 5 years (longer than we anticipated) and in that time, the staff has not changed and they are as nice as nice can be. They listen to your gripes when you have any and then they act on them and make The Hold better. They have continually made The Hold a nicer environment by upgrading parking & the interior space. The public bathroom is kept in good order. It is a bright and clean old converted warehouse. We are glad to have made this our choice for our storage needs although we do have plans to not be in need of their space for ever. LOL.
