Update: Despite calling the number given 8 times and leaving messages, I was NOT called back!!! I rang the buzzer 4 times and at one point leaned in it for 15 minutes straight during the half hour I stood there. Neighbours next to the facility came out to tell me that there was nobody there yet. Finally just got someone on the phone that lied and said they were there and heard the buzzer but didn’t make it to the door in time to let me in. 30 minutes isn’t enough time to get to the door and open it???? That is poor service!!!! Hours clearly state they are open at 10:00am on Sunday. It is now 10:30am and no one is here and the phone isn’t being answered. I am not being allowed to access my belongings in my locker during the hours that THEY say I can access my locker. Not to mention the ‘contract’ they emailed me with a signature of my name that is NOT my signature.
We dealt with Jill. She was great, answered all of our questions honestly and followed up with us on outstanding questions - could not ask for more. A true professional - and yes we rented a storage locker.
Had my furniture in Econo storage for 5 months - Dec to end of April ,no rodent problems no security issues at all - especially comfortable with that ! Tony could not be more caring about the service and condition of the place .It is clean and neat despite it being old. The terrible rating by the disgruntled person below either had his stuff somewhere else or is the competition . Only complaint would be that they go by the calendar month instead of 30 day increments so have to keep that in mind otherwise very highly recommended!
Great facility to store your stuff. Wasif the new manager is very cooperative and helpful.
