I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Bionome Spa. Sylvia is very professional yet personable and has been able to help me with my skin. I have become a regular customer and started with neck hair removal with her laser. I must say, the machine Sylvia uses has been extremely effective at removal of my hair and surprisingly very comfortable. I'd recommend Bionome Spa to all my family and friends.

I am so pleased with the service I have received at Bionome Spa. Wonderful atmosphere, relaxed, private and very clean. Sylvia is very knowledgeable and very friendly. She has given me the BEST microdermabrasion session I have ever had. My skin felt soft, silky and oh so very hydrated after this treatment. I have also had a number of microneedling sessions that have restored a youthful look to my skin. Thank you for always giving me 110% of your time and effort Sylvia, you have a customer for life :)

Great experience, I found Sylvia on Groupon as I was new to the City of Hamilton and looking for a new place for a facial. I’m so happy with the service and the knowledge that Sylvia provided.
