The employee's are very friendly and helpful they walked me through everything I needed to know and answered all my questions, the building was extremely clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend Access Storage and will be sending all my family and friends their way!
Worst ever after paying for a full month I decided to cancel and was told they do not refund I should have called first before canceling. When I called first spoke to them to cancel they didn’t tell me that they said before I paid my bill I should have called them to say how many days I was paying for who does that. When I joined I was told I can cancel anytime and get a refund. Waste of money time and energy worst there is especially with everything going on in the world no human empathy. The customer service I spoke to so cold. You def will reap what you sow
