This is my go-to place for everything 3D printing - supplies, service, questions...you name it, they’ve got it! I don’t worry about my printers breaking down because they’ve got great service people there! I’ve had work done by both PJ and Keith - they are very knowledgeable, take the time to explain how to avoid issues (or even tips to fix issues yourself, if you are feeling adventurous!), and have even had quick fixes done while I’m waiting at the counter! They really go above and beyond what I expect. If you are in or thinking about the 3D printing works, I highly recommend you check them out. I’m a customer for life!

I bought my Ender 3 Pro and had it shipped out to me in Alberta and kept busy ever since the start of this wacky pandamic. The few times I have called them I have found there staff super knodlegeable, espically the guys in the repair department, they are all willing to give suggestions and not just ask for the printer to shipped back, super service. They also have one of the largest slections of filament I have seen, many sales but be quick, great every day prices and oh so many parts and upgrades avaialibe. Large ticket items get free and fast shipping and they will ship according to your rerquest.
I purchased a 3d printer a week ago after much research. The customer service and tech support have been outstanding. Anytime I have a question regarding setup, or just a curiousity, the tech team is always available and super helpful! These guys are awesome, decent pricing for filament and their in-house brand is great quality. I've placed multiple orders with them and have always gotten stellar service and quick delivery/shipping. I once had an issue with an order (which is extremely rare) once and called near closing. They had my issue sorted and my new parts reshipped the very next day. Great service all round.
