Took my truck in for a few issues. They told me that there was no guarantee it would be ready quickly. Needed doing, so I accepted that. Very efficient booking in and confirmation of my concerns. Recieved a call later the same day to say that an initial inspection had found the problem, and to advise of the cost ( as I suspected, not cheap but reasonable). Next day; all good, and I was able to pick up my truck. Very pleased with this service. Saved me a lot of time and inconvenience. Based on this experience I will certainly use this dealership again.

Originally bought our Chevy Colorado last year in Listowel but now live near Owen Sound. We put on our snow tires this week and needed to have them wanded to reset the tire pressure readings. Called and was told to come in, no appointment necessary. I dropped in yesterday and was then told it would cost me 10. (Took less than 5 minutes for the guy to do it.) Went to pay with MasterCard and was told “cash only”, during COVID??? SKETCHY OR WHAT!!! Not sure I’ll be going back there for any future service.
