I don't think this is a review most people ever envisage having to write. If you are unsure of whom to use at this very important time, I cant recommend Haine & Sons enough. From the very start they were absolutely superb. I think Howard drew the short straw when he answered my telephone call as he has worked over and above for my Aunties funeral. Nothing has been a problem and at times of tears and frustration a 'shoulder' via the phone was always there for me. Professional and accommodating every step of the way. Thank you Howard and the whole team.

I am so grateful to Paul & the team at Haine & Son. They went really above and beyond to treat our baby with the utmost care and respect. Like many, this was our first time ever having to plan to say Goodbye and unfortunately, it was for our baby. Paul met with us and discussed every aspect in detail, ensuring we could have a well planned, well-executed and above all, a well informed arrangement process. Haine & Son really helped relieve an anxious dads worries about getting things perfect and for that, I am so grateful. My son can now rest in peace, thanks to Paul & the team. Thank you.
After losing my dear beloved brother in August this year we entrusted Haine & Son to take care of all the funeral arrangements. As a family we have always used Haine and Son, that shows how much we value their services. You are never rushed, it is at your pace and when convenient to you. Everyone from reception to funeral directors (in our case we had the pleasure of dealing with Howard and Andy), were professional and considerate. They also give good advice and can guide you along the process, thus making a difficult and sad occasion that little bit easier to bear.
