Love it here, great for walks either alone or with family. You can see loads of birds, horses and sheep, we saw goats, my grandson loved it

I personally think this is one of the best local parks. Massive play area (shut at the moment, covid) lots of adventure walks, lovely courtyard with take out food, beer, ice cream and a farm shop. They've got it spot on.

Lovely countryside with the walkways, plantations, picnic benches, cafes, canal and of course Haigh hall. Its a shame the park was closed. Due to the popularity I think they should expand the park or make another park within the grounds.

Brilliant place to just get away from the hustle and bustle of town. Loads of walks around the grounds and many more that take you further a field without touching a main road. Great play areas for the young ones and there's Two Left Feet (pub) for the grown ups . Also good food from the cafe or artisan bakers.

Terrible gate system. Always feels as though you can’t get out. Nice place though. Avoid on Sundays during lockdown. Too busy with families and friends mixing.
