Needed an antique lockset replaced for a bedroom door. The technician was quick, professional, and cleaned up when the job was done, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling them any time I need similar services done.

Over the phone, I arranged to get a new remote key for my car. Paid in advance, because they needed to backorder it. My friend took the car to their place to program the remote key. I found out later on they sold me an used key. I could have bought a new one for a lot less. Asked if i could bring a new one, they would honor the exchange, but they wanted to charge me again for programming the new one. So i decide to stick with the old one for now. But now battery of the remote is dying. Completely disgusted with their attitude and bad customer support.
Great service. Came out same day to remove a broken key. In and out in under 30 minutes. Wore PPE and reasonably priced.

I went to Haddon to have a car key fob programmed.I was told it probably wouldn’t work and IF it didn’t it would cost 45.00.After a whole 15 minutes with only a laptop I was told it won’t work.47.00 for 15 mins 188.00 an hour! Really! Trying to support local business in these times doesn’t always pay off. PS I had to put one star to enable a post.
