The bubblebath suite is the bomb. The bed, the bath, the couch, the showers, it’s all perfect. The staff is awesome and very kind. Loved our stay and can’t wait to stay again.

We visited this excellent hotel ,including a Dinner promo from Ratatouille Rest Michelan star ,6Courses very well handled, the etiquette and waitresses food explanation was exceptional, too!Meal was superbe!

The hotel is not in the center, but its still new, the room is really large and fully equipped, suitable for guests traveling in groups.

Very nice hotel with kind staff. Love the interior, its cosy and comfortable. We were there in times of corona, where they took good measures. There was still a breakfast buffet, but the staff grabbed the food for you with pliers and they wore gloves, so everything is very hygienic. Haarlem is also a very nice city and the hotel is near the city centre. 10 minutes by bus and the bus goes very often, or even possible to walk (with 20 minutes you're at the edge of the centre). Very pleasant stay, would recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The room was very spacious, very clean and we enjoyed the entire concept of the hotel. They handled the Corona crisis incredibly well and the buffet was very tasty and we had to wait only small amounts of time. The staff is 5/5, there‘s German speaking staff around, English speaking and several other languages so we had absolutely no issue in communication. We had no issues at all, it’s the perfect stay for everyone wanting to explore Haarlem, Amsterdam, the coast, the national Park and so much more. Please don’t change things, we really enjoyed staying with you. See y’all again soonish I hope!

Though its being renovated it looks really nice. cant wait to see the end result. breakfast as good as usual for 18euros you have access to a whole buffet of hot and cold breakfast. cereals as much coffee and tea as you can gulp down and its all self-service.. By the time you are back with ur new plate the old ones have been cleared away.. its very efficient and lovely place for breakfast.

An unplanned stay due to a delayed flight but staff were great getting a whole plane load sorted with rooms and a meal. The hotel is currently being renovated but the rooms are huge and super comfy. Made use of a well equipped gym with a view. Definitely would stay again, really easy to get to.

A lots of varieties in breakfast, ambiance was amazing of the dining room, very large room. Although, there was an ongoing construction when I visited yet my stay was comfortable. In a nutshell, budgeted hotel for people who want 7 star facility at lower price.
