Talk about the perfect hostel! Hello I'm Local is just incredible. The staff, location, decorations, food and comfort couldn't be better. Located just a couple minutes away from the central square of Haarlem, Hello I'm Local has over 50 beds between 9 private rooms and 3 dorms, although more are opening soon. Each room is uniquely designed. The private rooms have really interesting pieces of art and decorations, and the dorms all have pod beds! All the rooms have their own showers, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The food options delicious! I had the parfait one day and the jam and toast another day, while my girlfriend had the ham and cheese eggs breakfast both days and said it was wonderful. Above all, the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Lotte showed me all the key places to visit in Haarlem. The hostel also has bikes for rent and we made it out to the beach in under an hour. I can't imagine why you'd want to stay anywhere else in Haarlem when you visit, and I hope to be back myself someday!

Very clean rooms at a very affordable price. The bed was very comfortable and the room was dark and quiet. Extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable of the local area. The coffee in the morning is also great! I would definitely come back again!
Fantastic and beautiful boutique hostel with Local! people working there. The staff will help you explore the very best in the beautiful city of Haarlem and its surroundings. The beds are super comfy and the 16 bed dormitory is very big, light and spacious. Everything is very clean and cozy. They include body soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The breakfast was lovely as well. Oh, yes - and it is walking distance from train station and city center. Just few steps from Spaarne river. What a place!

We had a very nice stay. It's a cosy quiet neighborhood that's perfect for a nice walk. Breakfast os good and the people are nice. It's not very close to Amsterdam center, so you will need transportation.
Great location in a very pretty and quiet area. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms with amenities. Nice common area with bar serving food and drinks. Friendly, helpful and patient staff. It was hot in the room so I asked for a fan. I highly recommend this hostel!
Brilliant hostel. We stayed in the room that sleeps 14 people, which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The 2 showers and 1 toilet were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast here is really good and the staff make a massive effort to make you feel at home and give you all the local tips and secrets. Would 100% recommend.
A super nice and very friendly place, very clean rooms and toilets. Nice selection for breakfast. Good bikes for rent. Located in a quiet area. However, one night there was a loud party at the cafe across the street which did disturb.
