I asked them to cut chain on my bike, because I've lost one. They did it. However, when I picked up my bike next day the man there was super rude, told me that I can pay only cash and didn't give me a receipt.

They can give you broken bike, be careful! I was lucky enough to have both seat and front break broken after travelling for dozen of kilometers... Guess how did I traveled back.
Ov-bike part is a complete mess. Their all broken. Rental part of the bussiness is very good
One staff member in particular that was very unfriendly. No clear communication what so ever. Wanted to rent two ov bikes but there seemed to be no bikes left. I told him that on the NS app it said there were 36 still left and his answer was “then you should delete the app”. Very rude and not customer friendly. Because we needed bikes we then rented one of theirs, which was okay. Second employee that helped us kindly explained that they tried to contact NS to change the app multiple times but had no luck with that. To rent one of their bikes you had to give a 50 euro cash security deposit though.
super unfriendly young guy as person in charge of renting bikes was blasting \louder with crowder\ in his booth. instantly turned very rude and angry when I was a bit confused about payment while giving back the bikes we rented. bad vibes

Good to get a cycle for a trip.
Bad service, unfriendly, rude staff (shall be fired). Avoid from them. They could even not to change a bike chain without doing a mistake. The staff is horrible, they refuse to answer questions or give any help to the customers.
