The location is absolutely the best, it's quite literally in the very heart of Varna. The rooms are very quiet and clean, there is everything one might need for a nice short stay. Very cozy too)

Couldn't be more happy with the choice that we've made when booking this place! Tedy is great host, very clean accommodation and the everyday items she provided is incredible.There is a small and secluded inner garden as a part of the accommodation with garden table, a parasol to sit and enjoy a cuppa or breakfast or dinner or lunch if that's how you feel like. She has taught of everything! Towels are clean and provided in abundance. The location of the place is literally a stone throw away from the main and most popular tourist attractions! The Primorski park which is a garden located by the sea is two minutes away! The central beach, beach cafeterias and beach restaurants, central street with restaurants shops are located just a few minutes away. Staying at this place is wonderful and we couldn't feel more comfortable and welcome! Highly recommended!

Хорошее расположение, удобно с детьми, рядом парк и магазины, приветливая хозяйка. Проблематично иногда с парковкой, но это проблема большого города, а не отеля
