The owner was extremely helpful. I had a transformer that was broke and he tested it and told me how to repair it. Then because its something i use a lot i still bought a new one from him and he was the only place i found that had it. Unlike the big box stores.

Drove from Pittsburgh (200 miles round trip) to drop off an HK 3490 that had a bad volume button and one speaker did not work. Picked it up and got home (another 200 miles) and found that the volume button still did not work in addition to now both speakers being hosed.
