My passion is to give financial support to companies and entrepreneurs, so they can focus on their company strategy. My name is Rogé Pathuis and I live in the city of Groningen, the Netherlands. I am born and raised in this city and I feel at home here, but at the same time I also feel like a world citizen. After my hotel school education, I worked for many years in the hotel industry in the Amsterdam region and through my international network I also worked abroad for a number of years. In all those 20+ years of work experience I have always worked in hotel financial departments. A finance department is an overhead department within a company; we support the management in their policies and procedures, but also give financial advice for the short- and medium-term planning. At the same time I worked in the hotel industry where service to the hotel guest is central. Therefore I am formed to be service orientated in my work. This will translate into the cooperation that we will have together. You are the center in our collaboration and you can really focus on which you are good at: to manage your company.
