company has a one week termination policy, as in you have to pay for an additional week after handing in keys and clearing out the locker. As far as i know this isnt even legal. Cant cancel at the start of august for the end of september. Furthermore they only accept dutch bank accounts. It is however easy to reach, 24/7 and clean. If you do not speak dutch, customer support is not helpful at all.

Goede prijs en uitstekende service!! Ik heb hier nu een aantal maanden een opslagruimte gehuurd. Alles ging heel soepel, heel vriendelijke en behulpzame communicatie. Ik heb een opslagruimte niet meer nodig nu, maar als dat ooit weer wel zo is, of vrienden vragen me waar ze het best een opslagruimte kunnen huren, zal 1Box de eerste zijn waar ik aan denk. Dank jullie wel!
