I’m newly registered at this doctors and every experience has been pleasant so far. Both nurses I have seen have been lovely and when I ring up the receptionists aren’t standoffish as I’ve experienced before.

Been with this GP since young, never had an issue. Staff and doctors are friendly and helpful. Especially Dr Danaher, amazing doctor, always explains things well and puts so much effort into coming up with the right solution to help. He gives the best advice and the best support.

Ive been with this GP for years. I have no issues . All staff including drs, nurses etc are always friendly and pleasant. Everyone has their off days, were all human. I cant fault them.

You can’t see your own doctor as there’s only 1 doctor on duty !! But they can get you in westcoates when you feel poorly it’s quite upsetting to be fobbed off

Absolutely diabolical service doctors change prescriptions without even seeing you ever been registered with them over a year never seen a doctor and had my medication changed 5 times do not register with these
